MeetGrow, operated by Visionxpress Media House Private Limited, is committed to lawful, consent-based communications. This Statement explains how we handle messaging and what to do if you believe our communications are spam.
1. Our commitments
- We send marketing communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) only to users who have opted in.
- We never sell or rent contact lists to third parties for their direct marketing.
- We include a one-click unsubscribe link in every marketing email, signed with an HMAC token tied to the recipient.
- We honour unsubscribe requests within 24 hours and never longer than 7 days, in line with industry best practice and DPDP Act consent withdrawal.
- We respect "Do Not Disturb" registration with TRAI for SMS and calls; commercial communications are sent on the appropriate header registered under the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) framework.
- For WhatsApp messages, we use approved templates and only after a user has opted in (per Meta WhatsApp Business policies).
2. Categories of messages

3. Unsubscribing
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; alternatively, visit https://meetgrow.in/unsubscribe and enter the email address.
- SMS / WhatsApp: reply STOP to opt out of marketing on that channel. Transactional messages may continue.
- In-product: Settings → Notifications.
You may opt back in at any time.
4. Reporting spam
If you believe you have received a message you should not have:
- forward the message to [email protected] with the full headers;
- or write to [email protected].
We will investigate and, if confirmed, take corrective action (unsubscribe, audit, staff retraining).
5. Spoofing
If you receive a message that claims to come from MeetGrow but you suspect is spoofed (e.g., asks for OTP, asks you to pay outside the Platform), do not act on it. Forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
Our verified sending domains and senders:
- Email: addresses ending in
@meetgrow.in(DKIM, SPF, DMARC published). - SMS: registered headers
MTGRO,MEETGW(or as listed on DLT). - WhatsApp: business account "MeetGrow" verified by Meta.
We will never ask you for your password or your OTP over phone, email or WhatsApp.
