This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the MeetGrow platform operated by Visionxpress Media House Private Limited. It supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service. Breach of this AUP may lead to suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, escalation to law enforcement.
1. You must not
Use the Platform — or allow anyone using your account to use the Platform — to:
- break Indian law or the law of any jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessed;
- infringe intellectual-property rights, including by listing unauthorised events, uploading unlicensed images or using marks you do not own;
- resell tickets above face value, scalp or tout;
- impersonate another person, business or government authority;
- submit fraudulent or stolen payment instruments;
- circumvent age restrictions, KYC checks, rate limits, captchas or fraud-prevention measures;
- scrape, harvest or otherwise mass-extract data from the Platform without prior written consent;
- interfere with the Platform, including by attempting to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer it;

- spam, phish, or send unsolicited marketing to other users or Organisers;
- post content that is obscene, hate-speech, child-sexual-abuse material, terrorism-promoting, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that violates a third party's privacy;
- discriminate against or harass users on protected grounds (caste, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, etc.);
- promote or list events that are unlawful (e.g., unlicensed gambling, prohibited substances).
2. Examples of unacceptable content
- Adult or explicit material on an unrestricted event page.
- Calls to violence against any individual or group.
- "Get-rich-quick" or pyramid-scheme promotions.
- Misinformation about health, safety or financial matters that could cause real-world harm.
- Misleading event descriptions (e.g., overstating headliners, hiding age restrictions, hiding cancellation policy).
3. Reporting violations
If you see content or behaviour that may violate this AUP, please report it:
- In-product: "Report" button on the relevant listing / review.
- Email: [email protected] (subject: "AUP report").
- Critical / illegal content: [email protected].
We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on time-critical illegal content within 36 hours (or 24 hours where a government order applies), in compliance with the IT Rules 2021.
4. Our response
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- contact you for clarification;
- remove the offending content;
- limit features on the account (e.g., disable purchases);
- suspend the account temporarily;
- terminate the account and refer the matter to law enforcement.
We endeavour to apply these measures proportionately and to provide notice and a chance to respond, except where time-critical (e.g., child-safety reports, court orders).
5. Appeals
If your account or content has been actioned, you may appeal:
- by writing to [email protected] within 30 days, including the case ID;
- if not resolved, escalate to the Grievance Officer ([email protected]);
- unresolved escalations may be taken to the Grievance Appellate Committee under Rule 3A, IT Rules 2021.

We may update this AUP. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
