Visionxpress Media House Private Limited is committed to making the MeetGrow platform usable by everyone, including users with disabilities. This Statement describes the standards we aim for and the progress we have made.
1. Standards we aim for
We aim to comply with:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, where reasonable for our scale and resources;
- the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the rules made thereunder;
- principles of inclusive design across web and mobile.
2. What we have done
- Skip-to-content link on every page.
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks throughout.
- Colour contrast ratios at or above 4.5 : 1 for body text.
- Form fields have visible labels and accessible error messages.
- All interactive elements are reachable by keyboard, with visible focus rings.
- Images that convey meaning have descriptive alt text.
- Video content (where used) includes captions or transcripts.
- The cookie banner is operable by keyboard and screen reader.
- The booking flow has been tested with VoiceOver (iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA (Windows) and macOS VoiceOver.
3. Known limitations
We are open about what does not yet meet our target:
- Some legacy PDFs (e.g., older invoices) are not fully tagged.
- Some Organiser-uploaded images may lack adequate alt text. We provide tools and reminders in the dashboard.
- Live captions for live-streamed events depend on the Organiser's setup.
We work to resolve known limitations in our quarterly accessibility reviews.
4. Compatibility
The Platform should work on the latest two versions of:
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge on desktop and mobile;
- iOS 15+ Safari with VoiceOver;
- Android 10+ Chrome with TalkBack;
- NVDA / JAWS on Windows.
We test on real devices and on automated tooling each release.
