Where is my ticket delivered?
WhatsApp (to your booking number) and email — both, within seconds of payment. Also under My Bookings.
What is the refund policy?
Cancel 7+ days before the event for a 100% refund, 3 to under 7 days for 50%, and under 3 days (72h) is non-refundable. Open the booking and tap 'Request refund' — our team reviews it and returns approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How do I list my own event?
Sign up at org.meetgrow.in — the wizard sets up tickets, agenda and scanning in under 30 minutes.
