How do I book a ticket?
Pick an event, choose a tier, pay via UPI / card / netbanking. Your QR ticket lands on WhatsApp and email in seconds.
Where is my ticket delivered?
WhatsApp (to your booking number) and email — both. You can also find it under My Bookings.
How does QR scanning work at the venue?
Show the QR on your phone or a printout. Scanners work offline, so check-in is instant even with weak Wi-Fi.
What is the refund policy?
Most events refund up to 7 days before the event. Open the booking and tap 'Request refund'. Some events follow custom organiser policies, shown on the event page.
Payments & GST
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, netbanking, all major cards, and wallets — processed via Razorpay (RBI-licensed).
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. GST-compliant invoices are auto-generated after every payment. Add your GSTIN at checkout for input credit.
Are payments secure?
All transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted and run through Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 stack.
For organisers
How do I list my event?
Sign up at org.meetgrow.in — the wizard walks you through tickets, agenda, and on-site scanning. Usually live in 30 minutes.
How fast do I get paid?
Net revenue lands in your business bank account on T+7 — seven days after the event. Refunds and chargebacks reconcile in the same window.
Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?
No. Listing is free. We deduct 2.5%–7% per ticket sold depending on price tier. Sell nothing, pay nothing.
Can I cancel my event?
Yes, in two clicks. Attendees are auto-refunded at no fee and our platform fee is waived on the cancelled bookings.
Can I import my existing attendee list?
Drag-drop a CSV from Eventbrite, Townscript, Excel — we de-duplicate, validate emails, and add them as 'past attendees' in your CRM.
Does the QR scanner work offline?
Yes. The scanner caches the attendee list before doors open, scans with no internet, and syncs check-ins when connectivity returns.
Can I sell sponsorships and exhibitor booths?
Yes — set up sponsor tiers and exhibitor packages as private ticket types and track deliverables in one dashboard.
Who owns the attendee data?
You do, fully. Export the enriched CRM anytime. We will not email your attendees on your behalf without sign-off.

I can't log in — what should I do?
