Cancel 7+ days before the event for a 100% refund, 3 to under 7 days for 50%, and under 3 days (72h) is non-refundable. A partial refund keeps your ticket valid; only a full refund cancels the booking. Open the booking and tap 'Request refund' — our team reviews it and returns approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Some events follow a more lenient organiser policy, shown on the event page.

Yes. GST-compliant invoices are auto-generated after every payment. Add your GSTIN at checkout for input credit.

No. Listing is free. We deduct 2.5%–7% per ticket sold depending on price tier. Sell nothing, pay nothing.
Yes, in two clicks. Attendees are auto-refunded at no fee and our platform fee is waived on the cancelled bookings.
